In 2004 the propane industry challenged PN to change the perception of their colorless, odorless gas from a rusty tank in the backyard to a premium fuel for home and business. We created a brand, a super hero persona for the product and a goofy foible that broke campaign expectations by adding 65K new propane households and achieving a 17% campaign ROI. Sometimes it takes a Super Hero to change hearts and minds!
