Aren’t the majority of dtehas of AIDS in Africa?I could see making a case for this there.But here in the US, where the infection rate is relatively so small, it seems a bit overkill.They should also make lung cancer, diabetes & heart disease tests mandatory. (that would actually save more lives here than a mandatory AIDS test!)
